Creating a luxury wedding planner brand and website for Brooke Voris Weddings was one of those projects that reminded me why I seriously love design, and I’m so happy that I get to do what I do.
Brooke Voris is a Philadelphia-based wedding planner with over 15 years of experience. Through Brooke Voris Weddings, she had built a strong reputation for creating memorable, detail-driven celebrations. But despite her expertise, her business wasn’t positioned where she wanted it to be.
She was getting stuck with “day-of coordination” clients, the type of work where you come in at the very end and run logistics. It kept her busy, but it was not where her heart was. Brooke wanted to help couples from the very beginning, guiding them through vendor selection, curating the vision, and creating a seamless, luxury experience from start to finish. She was ready to step fully into the role of a full-service planner and position herself in the luxury market to attract the kinds of opportunities she truly wanted.
Brooke’s previous website and brand messaging made her look like a coordinator-for-hire rather than a full-service luxury planner. Potential clients often misunderstood her services, which led to misaligned inquiries, smaller budgets, and missed opportunities.

- Sticky navigation bar that keeps the “Inquire” button and menu visible at all times.
- Wedding gallery featuring 14 unique celebrations, including international weddings.
- Optimized for mobile, since most brides first view sites on their phones.
- Calls to action throughout, removing friction and making it easy to connect.
- Testimonials redesigned as “Love Notes,” which read more like love letters than reviews.
- Video and movement across the homepage that brings her work to life.
