Luxury Brand + Website Redesign

Client Overview

Brooke Voris is a Philadelphia-based wedding planner with over 15 years of experience. Through Brooke Voris Weddings, she had built a strong reputation for creating memorable, detail-driven celebrations. But despite her expertise, her business wasn’t positioned where she wanted it to be.

Too often, Brooke was hired for day-of coordination, stepping in at the very end of the process to manage timelines and logistics. These lower-budget projects kept her busy but didn’t reflect her true value or allow her to showcase the full-service planning experience she excelled at. What she really wanted was to partner with couples from the very beginning: shaping their vision, curating vendors, managing every detail, and creating a seamless wedding day from start to finish.

At the same time, Brooke had bigger goals: to grow into the luxury market, launch a professional training program (Fly with the Peacocks), and deepen her partnerships with venues and vendors. Her brand needed to communicate authority, value, and opportunity, not just availability.

The Challenge

Brooke’s previous website and brand messaging made her look like a coordinator-for-hire rather than a full-service luxury planner. Potential clients often misunderstood her services, which led to misaligned inquiries, smaller budgets, and missed opportunities.

She needed:
• A luxury-level digital presence that matched her reputation and positioned her for higher-end opportunities.
• A clear service structure to eliminate confusion and showcase her Signature Planning Experience.
• A streamlined client journey that pre-qualified leads and reduced time spent on unfit inquiries.
• A scalable foundation to grow into professional training and vendor partnerships.

My Role
I worked with Brooke as both marketing strategist and brand designer. We clarified her positioning, created a luxury-level website, and implemented the backend systems and automations to support her long-term goals. My focus was to help her step into the role she envisioned: not just a planner who shows up on the wedding day, but a full-service partner trusted by high-end couples and vendors alike.

The transformation went beyond aesthetics. It repositioned Brooke’s business for the luxury market she was ready to step into.

Most importantly, Brooke now has a brand presence that attracts the kind of high-end opportunities she was missing before, while also creating room to grow into education and vendor partnerships.
